When I finally took a leap of faith and booked my own session, I was sweaty and freaked. I hated myself and always have. How can I tell others to love how they were created if I can't do it for myself? So I booked. I always was worried about my stomach, like don't show it. Hide it. It's ugly. I have a photo in my office my stomach is out and proud for all to see and you know what? It's one of my favorite photos. My own session made me realize you can't really hide your body. People know its there and most don't care so why should I? I am lovable and wanted and valued and my body does not define that...it enhances it.
