Cancellation Policy

Terms: Session Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Once paid in full, your session fee reserves Shadlee Meinke Boudoir for coverage on your date. You will then start receiving contracts and emails with next steps. Your date is not held or considered booked until the full session fee is paid, and the contract is signed. Due to the nature of our business, session fees are considered retainers and are non-refundable. Cancellations will not receive a refund. No call or No-show appointments will not receive a refund of session fee. Hair & Makeup: This is a complimentary service provided by Shadlee Meinke at an accredited salon, who uses sanitized make up brushes and high-level cosmetics and hair products and certified artists. Shadlee Meinke is not responsible for any infections or irritations to skin because of use of such product, any and all concerns need to be discussed with artist before starting. Shadlee Meinke is not responsible for not being happy with the look you and your stylist work out, it is the client's responsibility to speak up about hair and makeup appointment if client has a problem. No reshoot will take place because of dislike for hair and makeup. All sales are final and returns for refund or exchange will not be accepted. Session fee does not include photos, please refer to contract for all specifications. Contract through Shoot proof to follow booking.
